Propodeum fully carinated, the areola closed anteriorly, in front of that I or 2 short median carinae; anterior margin of metanotum with sharp, sublateral setiferous lobes; lateral lunules of scutellum very large and triangular. Pronotum with upper and lower grooves. Thorax much wider than head. Face flat, broad; neither head nor mouthparts elongated. Radius long and convex outwardly, apex strongly decurved; intercubitus less than 1/3 length of radius; areolet very small, triangular. Nervellus concave outwardly and sinuate near the submediella: first cubitellan cell short (1RS = 3r-m); vannal lobe concave and hairless.
