The following are unpublished notes taken in 2010 by Jose Fernandez-Triana while studying 11 female specimen from Israel deposited in the Naturhistorisches Museum of Vienna, Austria.
The most distinctive characteristic is the short and thin ovipositor sheaths, looking like those of Pholetesor. The vannal lobe is slightly straight to convex, uniformly covered by setae of the same length. The scutellar lunules are triangular in shape, covering ~0.5x the height of the lateral face of scutellum.Mesoscutum with deep punctures that do not break or fuse posteriorly (punctures separated by a distance that is about its diameter). Tergite 1 arched (in lateral view), slightly wider at apex than base, mostly sculptured, and ~1.5x as long as wide apically. T2 rectangular shaped and almost completely smooth. Fore tarsus with excavated area and spine (like those in Protapanteles). Propodeum with a complete areola and transverse carinae that meet the areola.
